We are currently looking for a
Regional Sales Manager
for a company from polymers industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and drive market share growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders across various industries.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Identify and develop new markets within the automotive, construction, electronics, and healthcare sectors.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional activities supporting sales objectives.
  • Provide technical and product expertise to customers and sales team members.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the specialty chemicals industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and make informed business decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
