We are looking for a
Production Manager
to coordinate production activities and ensure performance, quality, and safety targets are achieved. You will play a key role in implementing production plans, optimizing processes, and developing the team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement production activities in line with company objectives.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate production teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D).
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Train and develop team members, supporting growth and succession planning.
  • Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and cost reduction projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in production/operations management, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and process optimization.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
  • Proficiency in English and Romanian.
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset, able to make data-driven decisions.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
