Căutăm un Lead Production Manager — un lider de producție practic și strategic, capabil să îmbine experiența tehnică din teren cu gândirea de management. Este un rol hands-on, potrivit unei persoane care vrea să fie aproape de oameni și procese, dar și să gândească soluții pentru eficiență și calitate.

Responsabilități

·      Planifică și coordonează procesele de producție, respectând termenele și standardele de calitate;

·      Analizează și optimizează echipele și fluxurile de producție (modelarea proceselor);

·      Implementează și urmărește principiile LEAN Manufacturing, ISO și SSM;

·      Menține și îmbunătățește funcționarea echipamentelor industriale, intervenind rapid în caz de probleme tehnice (mecanice sau electrice);

·      Inițiază și participă la instruiri tehnice și tehnologice;

·      Monitorizează activitățile de mentenanță autonomă și planifică mentenanța preventivă;

·      Gestionează neconformitățile și se asigură că sunt rezolvate complet, implementând soluții pentru prevenirea erorilor umane;

·      Coordonează și instruiește echipa din subordine, contribuind la creșterea productivității.

Cerințe

·      Studii superioare în inginerie industrială, electrotehnică sau mecanică;

·      Minimum 2 ani experiență în coordonarea activităților de producție, leadership și luarea deciziilor;

·      Cunoștințe solide de operare PC;

·      Cunoștințe aplicate de electrotehnică, hidraulică și modelare 3D (nivel de bază).
