is recruiting on behalf of its client, a well-known retailer, for a Regional Retail Store Manager.

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Regional Retail Store Manager to oversee multiple locations, driving sales growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong leader capable of motivating teams, managing performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop shop managers and sales teams, fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture.
  • Build and maintain expert knowledge of the product range to support staff training and customer guidance.
  • Ensure all locations maintain attractive, well-organized environments that promote key products effectively.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with business clients, managing custom orders and complex projects.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between teams and senior management, tailoring approaches to different audiences.
  • Coordinate priorities and schedules across multiple sites, conducting regular visits and empowering team leads.
  • Monitor operational performance, inventory, and customer service standards, quickly addressing issues as they arise.
  • Oversee financial performance including budgets, payroll, and KPIs, implementing strategies to improve results.
  • Manage crisis situations calmly and efficiently, maintaining composure and leading by example.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service and responsiveness to feedback.
  • Utilize technology tools to enhance scheduling, communication, sales tracking, and reporting.
