Key Qualifications, Experiences and Knowledge:

  • Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. industrial clerk, IT systems clerk, IT specialist); alternatively: Degree in business informatics, e-commerce, or product management.
  • Good understanding of complex technical relations respectively technical solutions.
  • Willing to familiarize themselves with automation and electrification products and acquire a basic knowledge of the product

Particular Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Proven experience in product data management, master data stewardship, or a similar role
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and PIM tools (e.g. Teamcenter or CIM database)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Familiarity with data formats such as CSV, XML, or JSON
  • High attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset
  • Technical product designer qualification or comparable CAD abilities are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Product Data Specialist
 to manage and maintain high-quality product information across our systems. If you have a passion for structured data, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, we can offer you an exciting work environment.

Job description (workflow / individual tasks):

  • Maintain and update product master data in ERP and PIM systems
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all platforms
  • Collaborate with departments such as Product Management, Sales, and IT to align on data requirements
  • Monitor and improve data quality through regular audits and validations
  • Support product launches and lifecycle changes with accurate data input
  • Work with classification standards (e.g., , ETIM)
  • Assist in data migration and integration projects
