Build teams and deliver real-world results as a Technical Manager

We are hiring a Technical Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of 10 engineers and technicians. You will be the technical authority, set the bar for operational excellence, and work closely with Production and Quality. You will be responsible for the delivery of technical work and embed best practices that drive continuous improvement and compliance.

What you will be responsible for

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of skilled engineers and technicians with clear goals, feedback, and coaching.
  • Planning, prioritizing, and allocating resources to deliver safely, on time, and of the right quality.
  • Implementing and monitoring best practices to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Fostering cross-functional collaboration so solutions meet wider business needs and company goals.

What you bring

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related technical discipline).
  • Documented experience in a leadership role within a technical environment.
  • A solid understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Romanian, both written and spoken.
