Căutăm un Internal & External Communications Coordinator

Bucuresti | Full-time | rol Hibrid

Pentru clientul nostru, companie multinationala din industria medicala, cautam o persoană pasionată de comunicare, cu experiență în coordonarea mesajelor cheie la nivel intern și extern.


Responsabilitati:

  • Vei dezvolta și implementa strategia de comunicare internă și externă, inclusiv employer branding;
  • Vei coordona canalele de comunicare internă: platforme, conținut, analiză și controlul calității;
  • Vei gestiona conținutul site-ului companiei și al canalelor de social media;
  • Vei redacta și edita publicații interne și externe;
  • Vei contribui la comunicarea strategică a mesajelor de leadership și la promovarea inițiativelor de business;
  • Vei menține relația cu presa și partenerii media, inclusiv în situații de criză;
  • Vei susține echipele operaționale cu know-how de comunicare și aliniere strategică;
  • Vei coordona evenimente interne și externe (Sales Meetings, târguri de carieră etc.);
  • Vei lucra alături de furnizori și agenții externe pentru livrarea materialelor de comunicare.


Ce așteptăm de la tine

  • Diplomă universitară în comunicare, jurnalism, studii media sau domenii conexe;
  • Experiență de câțiva ani într-un rol similar, ideal în mediu multinațional;
  • Abilități excelente de redactare, storytelling și adaptare a mesajelor în funcție de audiență;
  • Experiență cu CMS, content planning, și materiale multimedia (audio, video, grafică);
  • Cunoștințe solide de MS Office, în special PowerPoint (storytelling & design);
  • Nivel avansat de limba engleză (scris și vorbit);
  • Creativitate, empatie, reziliență și gândire strategică;
  • Abilitatea de a lucra autonom, dar și în colaborare cu diverse echipe și niveluri ierarhice.
