Canadian Nuclear Partners S.A. (CNPSA), a European subsidiary of Laurentis Energy Partners, is seeking a strategic and versatile
Communications, Marketing & Proposal Manager
to support its growing presence in Europe. This hybrid role combines expertise in
corporate communications and marketing
with
proposal management and business development support
, ensuring CNPSA builds strong visibility across European markets while also securing new business opportunities.

Based in Europe and reporting to Laurentis's Director of Marketing, Communications & Outreach (Canada), the successful candidate will lead
internal and external communications
, manage
client and stakeholder engagement
, and coordinate
proposal development
in collaboration with cross-functional teams across Europe and Canada

Key Responsibilities

Communications & Marketing

  • Develop and implement communication and marketing strategies to elevate CNPSA's visibility and reputation across European markets.
  • Draft and localize press releases, media statements, thought leadership, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage content creation for websites, social media, newsletters, and internal channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, clients, and stakeholders to enhance CNPSA's profile.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare executive briefing materials.
  • Ensure all communication materials align with Laurentis's global brand, voice, and values.
  • Support corporate events, industry conferences, and site visits in coordination with the global events team.

Proposal & Business Development

  • Lead the end-to-end proposal management process for RFPs, RFQs, and tenders across Europe, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
  • Collaborate with technical, commercial, and legal teams to gather inputs and develop winning proposal content.
  • Write, edit, and format proposals, presentations, and capability statements tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain a proposal library, boilerplate content, and standardized templates to improve efficiency.
  • Track and report on proposal activity, win/loss ratios, and market opportunities.
  • Support client relationship management by ensuring clear communication and alignment during pre-bid, bid, and post-bid phases.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of combined experience in communications/marketing and proposal management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex proposals, from strategy through submission.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills in English; fluency in Romanian preferred, additional European languages an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in media relations, stakeholder engagement, and marketing campaign execution.
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
