In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values, fostering a positive organizational culture.PositionAs an Internal Communications Manager, you willDevelop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy that supports corporate goals.Create and manage internal communication materialsDrive employee engagement initiatives that strengthen company cultureProvide strategic communication support to senior leadership, crafting messages, developing engaging events, and offering guidance on effective communication practices.Collaborate cross-functionally with People & Culture, leadership, and external partners to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.Contribute, when needed, to wider Corporate Affairs activities across the cluster, such as regulatory engagement, stakeholder relations, community investment, and external engagement projects.
