To support these ambitious goals, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Communications Director to shape and lead the Group's corporate communications strategy, enhancing the reputation of Sphera Group.

Role Overview and Strategic Impact

This is a highly strategic and visible leadership role within the organization. The Communications Director will define and execute an integrated communications strategy, strengthening our corporate image and ensuring consistent, impactful communication across all channels – internally and externally.

The successful candidate will lead a dedicated communications team, manage external PR & CSR agencies, and collaborate closely with the executive leadership to enhance brand visibility, strengthen stakeholder relations, and ensure effective crisis communication when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy for the Group and its brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell), driving visibility and reputation.
• Lead corporate PR, CSR, and internal communications initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Build and execute executive profiling programs for the company's leadership team (CEO, CFO, Managing Directors).
• Build strong partnerships with media, business social media, and/or other partners to increase the visibility of the Sphera Group and the brands.
• Serve as official spokesperson for the Group in critical situations and manage crisis communications effectively.
• Coordinate the preparation and publication of the annual Sustainability Report, ensuring alignment with ESG commitments and corporate values.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the communications team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Plan and oversee corporate events (conferences, seminars, stakeholder engagements) to enhance brand presence.
• Manage communications budgets, monitor campaign effectiveness, and report on KPIs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, marketing, or brand management, ideally within multinational organizations (FMCG, retail, telecom, or related industries).
• At least 5 years in a senior management role, leading communications teams with a minimum of 3 direct reports, and managing agencies.
• Proven track record in multi-brand, multi-channel campaigns and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Expertise in crisis communication and navigating complex reputation management challenges.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and influencing skills, with a results-driven approach and innovative mindset.
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal); strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
