Project Coordinator
to oversee and manage data governance projects and initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all activities are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business and data objectives.

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the data governance program or specific projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery in line with strategic data goals
- Lead the implementation of the data governance roadmap, including areas such as data quality, metadata management, and master data management
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including data owners, business units, IT teams, compliance, and third-party vendors to ensure collaboration
- Develop detailed project plans, manage interdependencies, and provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance bodies
- Identify and manage risks related to data governance initiatives, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery of data governance solutions
- Drive organizational change by promoting adoption of new data policies, standards, and tools to foster a culture of data stewardship
- Ensure data governance activities comply with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, decisions, and governance artifacts, enabling a smooth transition to operational teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT experience with a focus on project coordination, data governance, or similar
- At least 3 years in an Owner/Coordinator or relevant role
- Experience in at least 5 projects, including end-to-end management and delivery
- Knowledge of Data Governance Processes, including data quality, data privacy, and metadata management
- Understanding of ERP systems, Oracle PL/SQL, and retail industry practices
- Competency in project management tools and techniques such as risk assessment and project tracking
- Skills in stakeholder engagement, including collaborating with IT teams, compliance, and external vendors
- Flexibility to use and adapt to evolving corporate data policies and industry regulatory requirements
- Showcase of effective communication and organizational skills for reporting and documentation tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher)
