Project Manager
to become an integral part of our rapidly growing team

As a Project Manager at JUNE, you'll lead the charge in planning and executing exciting PR, communication, and marketing projects for a variety of high-profile clients. You'll work side by side with talented professionals, drive collaboration among teams, and ensure every campaign delivers outstanding results – on time, every time.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategically define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that align perfectly with each client's vision.
  • Lead and oversee PR, communication, and marketing initiatives from start to finish – your projects, your impact
  • Take charge of scheduling, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing productive outcomes.
  • Keep the entire team in sync by communicating deadlines, milestones, and deliverables efficiently.
  • Track timelines and manage key milestones to guarantee every project stays on course.
  • Maintain flawless documentation while updating project trackers and knowledge bases.
  • Partner with the operations manager to develop thorough documentation and essential progress reports.
  • Conduct meaningful research and insightful data analysis to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to spot pain points and suggest process-improving solutions.

Who You Are:

  • You bring a minimum of 3 years' project management experience in PR, communication, or marketing.
  • You're adept with project management tools (MS Office/Google Workspace, Canva) and love creating order out of chaos.
  • You have a strong command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Your organizational and time-management skills are second to none.
  • You have a sharp analytical mind and thrive when balancing details and deadlines.
  • Your English communication skills – both written and spoken – are exceptional.
  • You are a self-starter, team player, and creative problem-solver.
  • You're excited to juggle multiple high-impact tasks and projects.
  • Passion for the ever-evolving worlds of PR, communications, and marketing across diverse industries.
