We're Hiring: Senior Marketing Specialist

What you'll do

  • Expertise in End-to-End Strategy:
    Ability to develop, implement, and optimize complex marketing and commercial strategies, covering the entire funnel from Awareness to Conversion and Retention.
  • Demonstrable Track Record in Branding & Rebranding:
    Concrete experience launching or repositioning brands, including developing the Brand Voice, Visual Identity, and Unique Value Proposition (UVP).
  • Website Management & Optimization:
    Practical experience overseeing website structure, content updates (CMS management), performance monitoring, and executing SEO best practices.
  • Specialist in Paid Media & Social Media Management:
    Proven experience managing and optimizing complex campaigns with significant budgets across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Deep understanding of organic social media strategy and content creation for business purposes.
  • Practical Skills in MarTech & Analytics:
    Highly proficient
    in GA4 (Google Analytics 4), Advanced Excel
    (must be capable of complex data manipulation, pivot tables, and advanced reporting), PowerPoint/Google Slides, and design tools (Canva/Figma basics).
  • Strategic Pricing & Commercial Acumen:
    Experience assisting or contributing to pricing strategy and understanding the commercial impact of marketing initiatives on sales, revenue, and profitability.
  • Excellent Communicator:
    Fluent in both Romanian and English (advanced written and spoken skills are essential).
  • Critical Thinking and Autonomy:
    Capable of making fast, data-driven decisions, acting as the marketing department's sole leader, and thriving in a dynamic, build-from-scratch environment.
  • Organized, Resilient, and Adaptable:
    Thrives in a fast-paced environment where you hold direct responsibility for measurable results.
