  • We're Hiring: O&M Procurement Specialist

Are you passionate about procurement and supply chain management. Do you have strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for optimizing costs and supplier relationships?

Join our team as an O&M Procurement Specialist and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance and service activities

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the procurement process for O&M (Operations & Maintenance) materials and services.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and align procurement strategies.

  • Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance based on key metrics.

  • What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in O&M or technical industries.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
