Pharma Vision Plus SRL, a trusted Romanian pharmaceutical wholesaler and proud member of the Romanian Association of Euro-Pharmaceuticals Wholesalers (ADEM Romania) and Affordable Medicines Europe, is looking for a Sourcing & Purchasing Specialist to join our team in Bucharest.

Role overview:

The Sourcing & Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors, ensuring the best purchasing conditions and a steady supply of high-quality products.

Main responsibilities:

  • Research and identify reliable suppliers in the pharmaceutical market.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms to obtain competitive offers.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitor product availability, market trends, and pricing dynamics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, regulatory) to ensure smooth procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and national pharmaceutical regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience in pharmaceutical purchasing, sourcing, or procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the Romanian pharmaceutical market.
  • Organized, analytical, and proactive.
  • Fluency in Romanian and working knowledge of English.
