We also have many years of expertise in special areas of fixing technology such as cleanrooms, tunnels and heavy-duty fixing. MÜPRO Maritim, with its headquarters located in Hamburg, specialises in fixing technology for the shipbuilding industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and leading and mentoring a sales team. Collaboration with other departments to align sales operations with company goals will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Revenue Generation
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and Strong Negotiation Skills
  • Team Leadership, Mentorship, and Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of market trends and the ability to analyze sales data effectively
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • Ability to develop and execute a sales plan to achieve business targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
  • Fluency in languages relevant to the Bucharest Metropolitan Area is advantageous
