Clinomic Romania represents the group's expansion into Eastern Europe, with the mission of supporting the modernization of the healthcare system through innovative digital solutions, optimizing workflows, and developing telemedicine networks, ensuring equitable access to advanced medical expertise.
Your Role
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager with solid experience in business development and managing strategic partnerships at both national and regional level. You will work directly with decision-makers from public and private hospitals, local and regional authorities, centralized procurement organizations, and private partners, playing an essential role in expanding and consolidating Clinomic's position in the market.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic business development: defining and implementing long-term growth strategies in Romania and Eastern Europe.
- Meeting or exceeding annual commercial objectives and providing periodic progress reports through active and structured management of the sales pipeline, ensuring lead development and contract closing.
- Strategic relationship management: active engagement with key decision-makers (hospital managers, county councils, ministries), creating and maintaining sustainable partnerships.
- Extended networking: establishing and strengthening key contacts in hospitals and private medical networks.
- Sales plan optimization: formulating viable, efficient, and profitable programs.
- Market analysis and intelligence: collecting and interpreting data about projects, decision-making chains, competition, and digitalization trends in healthcare.
- Participation in strategic events: medical congresses, conferences, and networking-focused meetings to represent Clinomic and generate new opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
- Relevant experience in complex sales (medical equipment, digital solutions, or healthcare services).
- Proven track record of success in business development and contract closing, achieving annual targets.
- Sales pipeline management and lead generation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic analysis capacity and solution-oriented mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to build strong, authentic networks.
- Availability for travel (Category B driving license).
- Experience with CRM systems and data management.
- Advanced English (German language is an advantage).
