Responsibilities

  • - Project / program specific allocation for administrative tasks - Setting some meetings, tracking people - Document management on Jira, Confluence - Management of Blue Prism licenses - Creating presentations in PowerPoint in regards of the project / program status

SKILLS

Must have

  • - Advanced PowerPoint proficiency: Proven ability to create compelling presentations, including both content development (structuring narratives, summarizing complex information, aligning with stakeholder expectations) and visual design (layout optimization, use of templates, branding consistency, and data visualization) - Project management - Planning - Tasks management - Tracking - Good communication
