We are searching for an experienced Project Management Officer to provide essential support to programme and delivery managers across strategic IT initiatives.

This pivotal role maintains focus on execution by ensuring structure, transparency, and governance throughout the lifecycle of organizational changes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage programme documentation including RAID logs, reports, and change requests while ensuring records are current
  • Track milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders as necessary
  • Prepare governance materials such as dashboards and presentations tailored for senior stakeholders
  • Produce accurate weekly reporting and analysis using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ensure project governance aligns with strategic objectives and compliance requirements
  • Facilitate meetings by capturing key actions, decisions, and tracking follow-ups to completion
  • Contribute to refining PMO processes and practices to drive continuous improvement
  • Support logistical efforts around office events and conferences

Requirements

  • Experience of 3+ years in PMO, Project Management, or related roles within international IT or technology-driven environments
  • Competency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to analyze data and deliver clear insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in dynamic business contexts
  • Background in risk identification, proactive issue resolution, and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to collaborate across multiple teams and manage shifting priorities effectively
