• Client Relationship Management: engaging with senior stakeholders, understanding business needs
• Problem-Solving & Advisory: looking beyond usual practices to brainstorm and break down issues, collaborating with others, and looking closely at facts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending tailored PMO solutions
• Communication and Collaboration: efficient and effective communication through active listening
• Advising Project Management team on best practices in project governance, portfolio management, and PMO optimization
• Analyzing project performance and providing recommendations to improve efficiency, governance, and reporting
• Optimizing project workflows, ensuring adherence to industry regulations (e.g., ISO, PMI standards)
• Implementing PMO structures, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, SAFe)

Qualifications QualificationsQualifications

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and leadership
• Previous experience in similar roles such as PMO, PM
• Advanced level of German and English
• Facilitation: Skilled in facilitating meetings and events, ensuring productive and engaging sessions
• Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and ability to quickly identify issues and come up with efficient solutions to remove obstacles
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities while keeping the team focused on goals
• Conflict Resolution: Effectively managing and resolving conflicts to maintain harmony and collaboration among team members
• Time Management: Efficiently organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow
• Collaboration: Building strong relationships across teams and promoting a culture of teamwork
• Tools: MS Office Suite, Jira, Confluence

Nice-to-have:

• First experience in the Automotive industry preferred
• Degree in Business or Engineering; Project Management Certification - SAFe Agilist, PSM, PMP, ACP, Prince
• Tools: PowerBi, Easy BI

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German (B2-C1) & English (B2)
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
