Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Hunter located in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Hunter will actively seek out and secure new client relationships, identify potential business opportunities, and follow up on leads. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, cold calling, conducting meetings, and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients. The Hunter will also collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for securing new business.

Qualifications

  • Strong prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling skills
  • Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Sales experience in the language training or education industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
