Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manage
r-New Business, orientat spre rezultate și cu o energie antreprenorială în dezvoltarea de parteneriate noi. Rolul presupune o activitate intensă de prospectare și atragere de clienți, alături de menținerea relațiilor cu portofoliul actual, în linie cu obiectivele de creștere ale organizației.

Candidatul ideal este un "hunter" în vânzări, cu abilitatea de a deschide uși, de a construi parteneriate durabile și de a transforma oportunitățile în rezultate concrete.

Cerințe:

  • Experiență în vânzări directe B2B (avantaj: experiență pe hunting/new business);
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare, persuasiune și negociere;
  • Gândire proactivă și orientare spre soluții;
  • Exprimare și ținută business, diplomație;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B;
  • Cunoștințe MS Office (Word, Excel), Outlook;
  • Cunoașterea limbii engleze reprezintă un avantaj.

Responsabilități:

  • Prospectarea pieței și identificarea de clienți noi și oportunități comerciale;
  • Stabilirea de întâlniri și negocierea cu persoane de decizie;
  • Promovarea permanentă a serviciilor companiei către potențiali parteneri;
  • Atingerea obiectivelor de vânzări prin încheierea de noi contracte;
  • Dezvoltarea și consolidarea relațiilor profesionale cu clienții;
  • Analiza pieței și a serviciilor concurente din zona alocată;
  • Contribuție activă la strategia de creștere și poziționare pe piață.
