Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bucharest. We work hybrid with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Junior Sales Professional will assist in the development of sales presentations and maintain a book of business of small, low-risk accounts while generating a high frequency of sales work.
We will count on you to:
- Assist with the development of sales presentations and maintain a book of business of small, low-risk accounts.
- Conduct cold calls utilizing a proficient awareness of internal offerings and product solutions to gain sales meetings.
- Develop routine and effective sales proposals and presentations for prospect accounts.
- Close routine sales deals by negotiating values and basic pricing structures to best serve both the business and client needs.
- Participate and shadow a Sales Professional or Sales Leader in client and prospect meetings to gain insight into large or complex accounts and the sales process.
- Support in maintaining account relationships to ensure the business is viewed as a preferred vendor.
- Work on the sales process from start to finish to ensure service quality and general transactional satisfaction.
- Monitor and track public procurement tenders and bids utilizing the SICAP platform.
- Belong to various professional organizations and grow a large professional network to benefit and represent the business.
- Participate in sales training events and other professional development courses.
What you need to have:
- Graduates of Faculty of Economy or Finance.
- C1 level English proficiency.
- Must possess good communication skills, be adaptable, and outgoing.
