(We are recruiting on behalf of a client, a leading provider of IoT and telecom infrastructure solutions.)

We are looking for a 
Technical Project Assistant
 to support our technical and commercial team in carrying out IoT/Telecommunications projects. This is a junior role, suitable for an organized, detail-oriented person with an interest in the technical field and a willingness to learn. You will work directly with the department manager and the sales team, taking on operational and administrative tasks so they can focus on strategic activities.

Responsibilities

  • Requesting quotes from suppliers (equipment, software, services) and consolidating them.
  • Preparing commercial offers for clients based on input from the technical and sales teams.
  • Maintaining email correspondence and tracking the status of project tasks.
  • Preparing and submitting Excel reports to the finance department for invoicing.
  • Monitoring delivery deadlines and following up with suppliers and partners.
  • Providing general support for the technical manager and project team.

Requirements

  • Completed or ongoing university studies (technical/economic background is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • English intermediate level (reading/writing).
  • Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in working in a technical environment.
