Executive Sales Assistant
and become the right-hand support for our International Sales Manager.

  • Strong proficiency in using MS Office package (
    Excel,
    Office, Word, Teams meeting)

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), any other language is an advantage

  • Proven experience in pre/post sales consultancy or executive support roles

  • Strong oral and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to convey complex conversations with strategic customers

- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, ensuring precision and accuracy in all deliverables within a dynamic environment

  • Analytical skills

  • Personal Excellence – High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality

- Collaboration & Relationship Skills - strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills. Proven track record of positively collaborating with and influencing partners to achieve outcomes

- High Energy/Flexibility - Must be a highly motivated self-starter with a sense of urgency, positive attitude, and the ability to excel in a fast- paced, high pressure and dynamic environment

  • Willingness to travel 3-4 times a year to Pharma expositions

Key responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for International Sales Manager

  • Establishing relationships and collaborating with key business customers

  • Customer service support

  • Daly, weekly and monthly reports set-up and interpretations

  • Active involvement in pre/post sales processes

  • Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures
