is looking, for one of its clients, a leading retailer in the personal care industry, an
Expansion Retail Manager
who will have the following responsibilities:

  • Proposing the development and expansion strategy at the national level, including openings, refreshes, and closures.
  • Identifying cities/areas of interest, new locations, and relocations of existing stores, presenting all data related to profitability, contractual conditions, and opportunities.
  • Negotiating and/or renegotiating lease agreements and preparing them for signing.
  • Conducting quarterly profitability analysis for stores under management to renegotiate contractual terms.
  • Proposing monthly projects that align with the company's development strategy and approved budget.
  • Maintaining relationships with developers, property owners, and real estate agencies.
  • Preparing concepts for each city of interest.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Higher education
  • Experience in market prospecting, retail network development, and real estate
  • Knowledge of English and German (an advantage), as well as proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A communicative, dynamic, organized individual with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel within the country and a category B driving license
