You will lead the Finance topics and team locally and coordinate with the central ream for all finance-related functions across the business: Controlling, Risk & Compliance, Tax and Procurement.
Your mission
As Finance Manager, your primary objective is to ensure that our financial operations remain robust, compliant and fully aligned with our expansion goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control operational expenditures, procurement activity and project investments.
- Deliver accurate and timely management reporting.
- Support expansion plans with financial analysis, insight and decision-making support.
- Analyze stock loss and damaged goods, proposing corrective actions where needed.

- Ensure full compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Act as local liaison for auditors, tax authorities and other financial stakeholders.
- Oversee statutory accounts and ensure timely, correct reporting to relevant authorities.
- Manage risk assessments, internal control processes and fraud prevention.
- Support information security and code of conduct compliance.
- Act as main point of contact for internal audit and participate in resolving fraud cases.
What we're looking for:
Professional background
- Degree in Finance, Economics or related field (Master's level preferred).
- More than 10 years of relevant experience, including in a similar finance leadership role.
- Solid understanding of governance, risk and internal control frameworks.
- Experience in international and/or retail environments strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams and implement structure in fast-paced, high-growth businesses.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Personal competencies
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a pragmatic approach.
- Proactive and highly organized, able to handle multiple priorities with focus and precision.
- Natural leader with the ability to build and inspire teams.
- Results-driven, energetic and comfortable working under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to influence at all levels.
If you're ready to shape the financial backbone of a rapidly expanding retail business and play a key role in building a success story from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
