Responsabilități:

  • Coordonarea și supervizarea activităților de vânzări în magazinele alocate, asigurând atingerea și depășirea obiectivelor de performanță;
  • Implementarea și monitorizarea proceselor operaționale conform standardelor companiei;
  • Asigurarea disponibilității și calității produselor în magazine, menținând un nivel ridicat al satisfacției clienților;
  • Recrutarea, formarea și dezvoltarea echipelor, promovând un mediu de lucru pozitiv și motivant;
  • Monitorizarea și optimizarea costurilor operaționale, asigurând eficiența și profitabilitatea magazinelor;
  • Dezvoltarea și implementarea de strategii locale pentru creșterea vânzărilor și atragerea de noi clienți;
  • Asigurarea respectării politicilor și procedurilor interne, precum și a legislației în vigoare.

Cerințe:

  • Studii superioare finalizate;
  • Experiență de minimum 5 ani într-o poziție similară în retail sau FMCG;
  • Abilități excelente de leadership, comunicare și management al echipei;
  • Cunoștințe solide de operare MS Office (Word, Excel);
  • Permis de conducere categoria B și disponibilitate pentru deplasări frecvente în zona alocată;
  • Orientare către rezultate, proactivitate și capacitate de adaptare la schimbări;
  • Capacitate de analiză și rezolvare a problemelor, cu focus pe îmbunătățirea continuă a proceselor.
