Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager for our sales department in Bucharest. In this role,
you will be responsible for buying and selling cars to business customers (dealers and car
traders).

  • Together with your Team Lead, you will create a sales plan to build your client portfolio and achieve your sales targets
  • You analyze customer needs and advise (potential) clients about the products and services of Naturally, you ensure that customers buy for the first time, return, and remain loyal
  • You maintain intensive telephone contact with your existing clients and build long-term relationships
  • You work closely with other departments such as Operations and the Dealer Service Team
  • You advise your clients on topics such as transport, international purchases, and inventory management
Qualifications
  • You have at least 1 year of commercial work experience
  • You hold a Bachelor diploma or higher
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required. However, an interest in and enthusiasm for cars is highly desirable
  • You can easily switch gears: one day you are selling a classic Saab, the next a nearly new Porsche
  • You have excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • You have a winning mentality and are also a team player
