This team will be at the forefront of strengthening partnerships and driving business growth, with a strong focus on Timișoara (Romania), where most of our customers are based. The selected candidates will play a central role in providing technical expertise, tailored solutions, and exceptional customer support. Frequent on-site visits in Timișoara will be essential to foster close relationships and ensure we meet the needs of our partners. Job Description
As a Sales Account Manager at Infineon, you will play a central role in driving business growth and fostering strong partnerships with key automotive customers across Eastern Europe. By developing a deep understanding of customer profiles and needs, you will act as the primary business interface, ensuring effective communication and maintaining professional relationships. In your new role you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer's profile, ensuring effective communication of all relevant information while building and maintaining strong, professional relationships
  • Regularly evaluate key business aspects, identifying, analyzing, and managing new business opportunities to drive growth and success
  • Create and manage the customer's bottom-up sales plan (budget), closely monitoring its progress and alignment with business objectives on a regular basis

Your Profile
You are a professional with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, who excels at building strong, lasting relationships with customers and colleagues. You are adaptable and flexible, capable of navigating changing market demands while maintaining a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar
  • Experience within sales in semiconductor industry would be beneficial
  • In-depth understanding of principles & concepts in Electronics, preferably in Automotive applications
  • Openness for regular business travels in Romania and other European destinations from time to time
  • Fluent Romanian and English communication skills
