Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated
Sales & Account Management Representative
to join our dynamic
Sales Department
. This is a position focused on lead generation, building long-term relationships with clients, and supporting the sales and account management process to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    Actively research and identify potential clients in the market. Reach out to prospects to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Support:
    Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for further engagement. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Client Relationship Building:
    Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies. Act as a trusted point of contact during the early stages of the sales cycle.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
    Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. Track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Become well-versed in the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team:
    Work closely with senior sales representatives to convert prospects into long-term clients. Provide support in closing deals and meeting sales targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    1-3 years in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with prospects, understand their travel needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Ability to engage with potential clients and effectively articulate value propositions.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and new business generation. Self-driven and motivated to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
  • Comfortable with cold calling and networking to identify new opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within corporate field.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, particularly in lead generation and prospecting.
