Now we are looking for a
Sales Account Manager
specialized in the Server Solutions to join our Sales Team in Athens. You will be responsible for developing and closing opportunities for server, storage, or data center products with enterprise and government customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in server and data center infrastructure (Rack, Tower, Edge, Blade, etc.)
- Develop and manage relationships with enterprise, system integrator, and government customers.
- Understand customer IT environments and recommend ZTE's tailored server and infrastructure solutions.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for server product lines and services.
- Collaborate with technical solution architects to define and deliver customized proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations, product demos, and detailed commercial offers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Track IT market developments, competitor activities, and new customer needs.
- Support tender submissions, including technical documentation and pricing.
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction post-sale, including renewals and upgrades.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT industry, specifically in server, storage, or data center infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and hardware architecture (e.g., Rack, Tower, Edge, Blade servers).
- Familiarity with major server vendors (e.g., HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Huawei).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing end-to-end customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, structured, and results-drive

- Fluent in English both in verbal and written.
- Sales-driven, results-oriented, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
