Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operational Marketing Manager based in Bucharest, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operational Marketing Manager will be responsible for conducting market analysis, managing marketing projects, developing sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring efficient communication across departments. The role requires a proactive approach to project management, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and a strong focus on achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Market Analysis and Project Management skills
  • Strong Communication, Sales, and Marketing skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
