is seeking a
Marketing Manager
for a leading retail company in Bucharest. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive client acquisition and retention. The successful candidate will coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing efforts across various channels, identify new market opportunities, and develop the marketing department's structure. Reporting directly to the CEO and Owner, the Marketing Manager will collaborate with departments such as Retail, Development, and Finance. This position requires a strategic vision, strong negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and extensive knowledge in production, legal, and finance disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Define marketing strategies to support the company's overall strategies and objectives
  • Design and implement a feasible marketing budget to increase sustainable growth
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels
  • Identify new market opportunities and channels to grow the business effectively
  • Develop the efficient structure of the marketing department to optimize operations
