We are looking for a colleague to fill in our open positions as Energy Operations Manager within our Energy Operations Department, with the following competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Energy Operations, with at least 3 years focused on PV systems, BESS, or LV/MV infrastructure;
• Strong knowledge of energy management software (e.g., vendor platforms, SCADA, EMS), monitoring, command and control architecture and equipment, energy metering and relevant standards;
• Deep understanding of PV inverter controls, battery management systems (BMS), and LV/MV switchgear operations.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting complex electrical and control issues in real-time for PV systems, BESS and LV/MV infrastructure;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and remotely;
• ANRE Certification minimum IIB;
• Valid drivers license B category.

For this position the main task will be as follows:

• Monitoring, Command and Control of PV Power Plants, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Low & Medium Voltage installations;
• Continuously monitor the performance and operating status of PV power plants, BESS, and LV/MV installations using SCADA systems, IoT sensors, and real-time analytics tools to ensure optimal output according to schedule;
• Lead the command center operations, issuing directives for remote adjustments, emergency responses to maintain system operation, compliance with energy regulations and Energy Markets Department operational directives;
• Analyse operational data to identify inefficiencies, propose corrective actions to O&M responsible;
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive and reactive interventions;
• Generate reports on system performance, incident logs, and KPIs; ensure adherence to industry standards and energy regulations.
• Interface with internal Asset Management Department, grid operators, regulatory bodies and other internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth energy dispatch and project escalations.
• Address electrical issues in solar PV Power Plants, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Low & Medium Voltage installations, conduct fault diagnosis and propose corrective measures to O&M responsible;
• Monitor system performance, collect data, and produce statistical reports;
• Provide technical support and resolve issues for Energy Markets, department;
• Establish quality procedures, standards, and specifications for the company;
• Support the development of new applications for internal process improvements, both technical and non-technical.
