We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Senior Sales Manager
to lead our sales initiatives in Romania. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the
Marble & Granite or Construction industry
, with a proven ability to drive sales, develop strong client relationships, and identify growth opportunities in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Pipeline Management:
    Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects; maintain long-term relationships to drive sustained revenue.
  • Lead Generation:
    Utilize sales tools and strategies to identify new business leads and effectively nurture relationships with potential customers.
  • On-ground Sales Activity:
    Conduct door-to-door visits to warehouse owners, distributors, and construction stakeholders, specifically promoting
    White Marble Granite Slabs
    and
    Cut-to-Size Granite Tiles
    .
  • Target Achievement:
    Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while exploring untapped markets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and prompt service delivery, leading to repeat business.
  • Trade Show Follow-ups:
    Actively follow up with leads from exhibitions and trade shows to convert prospects into confirmed orders.
  • Cost Estimation:
    Provide accurate product cost estimations tailored to customer requirements, aiding in closing profitable deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven sales experience
    in Marble, Granite, or Construction material industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and CRM tools.
  • Strong network within Romania's construction and materials distribution sectors.
  • Fluent in English (Romanian language skills are an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Romania for on-site client meetings.
