Job Summary
Supermicro is looking for a highly-experienced, successful and proven Sales Manager to sell Supermicro's broad portfolio of server solutions to large enterprise customers. Sales Manager will possess the expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals. The ideal sales manager must have a strong, credible and professionals working relationship with C-Level executives at current and past clients, plus the ability to create similar synergies at new accounts.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Approach existing and new customers Data centers/Cloud, Gaming, HPC, VARs, Government inst.
- Qualify opportunities; create target lists for vertical markets and project
- Develop end-user projects, new partner relationships
- Communicate product features and market information
- Driving and winning projects and monitor sales cycles
- Driving sales and achieving goals, develop market opportunities
- Consistently achieve lead and quota
- Produce reports as necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or similar fields preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a server sales environment preferred
- Passionate for sales activities, flexibility in work schedule
- Able to work positively under deadlines and constraints, result-oriented and attentive to detail
- Multi-task and time management skills are a must
- Consistently meeting/exceeding assigned jobs/goals in timely manner
- Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines and cultures; demonstrated communication skills-written, verbal presentation
- Experience tracking and reporting data on lead activity
- Must be a self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and eager to grow with the company
- Must have the ability to work from a remote home office and travel within the region
- Native local language and strong written and verbal skills in English are a must, proficiency in 2nd language is a plus
