, so clients can discover opportunities faster and make data-driven decisions. The product's MVP is built by our technical co-founder — now it's time to build traction and scale.
Your Role
We're looking for a
Business Development Co-founder
to join as a true partner in growing the company. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading
go-to-market and business development
efforts - Prospecting, qualifying, and engaging warm leads through calls, email, and demos
- Running 8–12 online demos per week, presenting product benefits, and closing deals
- Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline in CRM
- Following up consistently and driving opportunities to decision
- Bringing feedback from the market to shape sales messaging, marketing, and product
- Working alongside the technical founder to define and execute the growth strategy
Who You Are
- Experienced in
B2B sales
(ideally SaaS/software/services) OR with background in public procurement/consulting and strong commercial drive - Skilled in communication, active listening, value-based negotiation, and structured follow-up
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho), online demos (Zoom/Meet), and basic sales automation (Brevo a plus)
- Fluent in Romanian (native) and proficient in English (B2+)
- Entrepreneurial mindset — hands-on, resilient, and motivated to build from the ground up
