cu experienta in vanzarea consultativa, pregatit sa ofere consultanta companiilor de top si sa contribuie la transformarea afacerilor lor prin solutii software moderne de management.

Ce ne dorim de la tine:



Abordare consultativa avansata:
Ai experienta in identificarea nevoilor clientilor si in oferirea de solutii personalizate care sa raspunda provocarilor acestora;



Abilitati de relationare:
Esti increzator in interactiunile cu persoane de decizie si stii cum sa construiesti relatii bazate pe incredere si respect reciproc;



Rezultate dovedite in vanzari consultative:
Ai 2-5 ani de experienta in vanzari B2B, ideal in domenii tehnologice sau solutii software, si te-ai familiarizat cu cicluri de vanzare complexe;



Proactivitate si orientare spre solutii:
Iti place sa preiei initiativa si sa gandesti strategic, concentrandu-te pe succesul pe termen lung al clientului.

Vei colabora cu companii de top:
Vei identifica si aborda clienti din diverse industrii, propunand solutii software avansate pentru eficientizarea si managementul afacerilor lor;



Vei crea experiente personalizate:
Vei sustine prezentari demo adaptate nevoilor fiecarui client, demonstrand valoarea tangibila a solutiilor noastre;



Vei negocia cu factori de decizie:
Vei colabora direct cu manageri de decizie si alti lideri din companii, pentru a incheia parteneriate strategice de lunga durata;



Vei gestiona intregul proces de vanzare:
De la prospectare si calificare, pana la incheierea contractului, vei coordona fiecare etapa, avand mereu in vedere satisfactia clientului;



Vei contribui la strategia echipei:
Experienta ta ne va ajuta sa dezvoltam metode noi de abordare si sa imbunatatim continuu procesele noastre.
