Key Account Manager (Hunting) – new verticals (Fashion, Pharma)

Our Key Account Manager
will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities to generate revenue and grow business within the given segment.

You'll be concerned with improving and growing the business, by establishing and developing relationships with new customers and with long-term key customers by comprehending their needs.

The right candidate will ideally have a track record of strategically targeting new customers, develop new opportunities and winning contracts in a challenging environment as well as maintaining and developing the RBC Group business with the existing clients from his given segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Explore, develop and execute new business models within the given vertical
  • Analyzes competition, engages with customers to identify and evaluate specific new business solution opportunities
  • Builds in-depth knowledge of the given area and developing trends
  • Assess comprehensively the competition in terms of product range, services and sales strategy
  • Strategically research and prospect mid-size and large accounts by leveraging your strong communication skills
  • Develop and nurture new and existing customer relationships in designated vertical market
  • Manage and drive on your own the first steps of the sales cycle, from prospecting, to presentation, to demonstration and producing adapted quotes
  • As a Key Account Manager (Hunting), you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the Sales lifecycle and will be intensely involved into the business development
  • Identify and develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors and ability to understand the organizational culture of the client
  • Drawing-up and negotiating non-disclosure agreements and contracts, as well as knowing how important contractual agreements are for both parties
  • Assist existing and potential customers in identifying needs and requirements to promote our company's group solutions and help the organization to identify additional opportunities to further deepen and grow customer relationships
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by regularly proposing solutions that align with their strategy and/or meet their immediate objectives
  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application for leads, opportunities, offers, contracts, tasks
  • Analyze weekly activity / sales / profitability / solution / business line reports

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of 2-3 years either as a Key Account Manager, Sales hunter or related roles in an Information Technology services/consultancy company (must have)
  • Demonstrable ability to professionally communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating contracts
  • Experience in forecasting and tracking account metrics (e.g. monthly and quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Drive and enthusiasm for sales

  • Category B driving license
