Are you the kind of person who sees a video ad and immediately starts critiquing its potential? Do you have strong feelings about whether Meta, Google, or TikTok gives the best bang for budget? Good news: we're looking for you.

What you'll do (a.k.a. how you'll make magic happen):

  • Turn ad budgets into ROI alchemy.
  • Create campaigns so good, people actually
    want
    to click them.
  • Obsessively A/B test everything (headlines, visuals, lunch options).
  • Decode analytics dashboards like they're ancient treasure maps.
  • Stay on top of algorithms that change faster than your favorite Netflix show drops new seasons.

What we're looking for (our dream digital wizard):

  • Knows their way around Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and beyond.
  • Fluent in both human language and marketing acronyms (CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPA — bring it on).
  • Equal parts creative storyteller and data-driven strategist.
  • Can spot a good meme
    and
    a bad conversion funnel from a mile away.
  • Not afraid to pivot mid-campaign if the numbers say "nope."
