Strategist
who lives and breathes social and digital platforms — someone who can turn business challenges into innovative, data-driven strategies that inspire action and deliver measurable impact.
As a Strategist, you'll be at the heart of our social and digital projects — from identifying brand challenges to building channel architectures, defining audience segments, and crafting personalization strategies at scale. You'll design distribution and amplification plans, integrate commerce opportunities, and set clear KPIs to measure success. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to continuously refine strategies, ensuring every recommendation is grounded in insight, creativity, and performance.

What You'll Do
- Translate business objectives into actionable social/digital strategies enriched with proprietary benchmarks.
- Analyze insights, competitive landscapes, and platform opportunities to define distribution and amplification plans.
- Map audience segments, allocate budgets, and recommend formats, placements, and advertising pressure to meet objectives.
- Develop media orchestration strategies, re-engagement principles, and custom targeting approaches.
- Integrate A/B testing and messaging matrices into strategic recommendations.
- Draft budgets, assess execution resources, and contribute to new business pitches.
- Lead client workshops and share thought leadership on emerging platforms and trends.
What We're Looking For
- 4–5 years' experience in social/digital campaign management, media strategy, or strategic planning.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect business challenges to digital solutions.
- Deep understanding of social/digital media and the broader digital communications landscape.
- Skilled in research, data analysis, and insight generation.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
