About the role:

We are looking for a creative, proactive and organized Marketing Specialist to contribute to the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the brands in the Anchor Grup portfolio. The role involves coordinating marketing and advertising projects, collaborating with external agencies and partners, as well as implementing promotional campaigns in the Plaza Romania and Bucuresti Mall shopping centers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proposes, develops and implements marketing strategies for the Group's brands.
  • Coordinates the collaboration with KOLs, influencers and endorsers, ensuring efficient and professional communication.
  • Manages the relationship with creative agencies, PR, social media, print and other suppliers involved in marketing activities.
  • Evaluates and submits for approval the creative and communication proposals received from the agencies.
  • Ensures the obtaining of the necessary authorizations and approvals for the events.
  • Develops and drafts administrative documentation (contracts, reports, internal notes, presentations, etc.).
  • Produces periodic reports on campaign activities and results.
  • Coordinates project management activities for implemented campaigns, in accordance with current legislation.
  • Defines KPIs for campaigns to achieve established objectives.
  • Monitors and manages stocks of promotional materials and decorations.
  • Manages advertising spaces within the shopping centers in the portfolio.
  • Develops partnerships with media, BTL and PR clients.
  • Coordinates the organization of events, fairs and product launches in shopping centers.
  • Manages digital content on social media sites and channels.
  • Checks and maintains the integrity of advertising materials.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail, real estate or agencies.
  • Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent organizational, planning, communication and time management skills.
  • Experience in coordinating 360° marketing campaigns, including digital, BTL, PR and events.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive spirit, hands-on attitude and results orientation.
