For our client, an international manufacturer of beauty and personal care products, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing all digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of the digital strategies;
  • Creating visual concepts for promotional activities;
  • Editing video and static images for digital platforms (Canva, CapCut);
  • Managing the digital marketing calendar;
  • Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company;
  • Tracking digital marketing performance;
  • Creating and updating digital marketing reports;
  • Building and executing digital media campaigns through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification;
  • Generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action;
  • Setting up and optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a reated field;
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role;
  • Experience with digital marketing automation software;
  • Experience with Google Ads, META Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Analytics;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Knowledge of web publishing;
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
