We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our team.

In this role, you`ll create and execute online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engage customers, and increase sales for retail business. The role involves analysing market trends, managing digital campaigns and applying data-driven insights to enhance marketing performance and meet business goals.
Location: Bucharest, Romania

As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for the following:

• Retail digital marketing strategy aligned with Group objectives, managing local activations to achieve business goals

• Participate on the creation and managing of the digital marketing and social calendar in close collaboration with Corporate Communication Digital expert and Group

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create digital assets that comply with Group developed toolkits and execution guidelines to maximize excellent delivery

• Manage all digital channels, including website, email, social media, SEM, SEO, display advertising, and content marketing

• Propose actionable campaigns for budget optimization and results enhancements. Oversee bought media advertising in cooperation with agencies, proposing optimizations to ensure peak performance

To be successful in the role, you should have:

• University degree

• 3 years of experience in managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels

• Proficiency in English

• MS Office – advanced, Power BI, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, CMS, email marketing, HTML, CSS, Ad management tools, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization

• Pro-customer approach, adaptability, good analytical and organizational skills
