Specialist Back Office Trezorerie și Piețe de Capital

Principale responsabilități:

  • Asigură administrarea zilnică a lichidității Băncii (necesar de atras, disponibil de fructificat, acordul pentru plăți de valoare mare);
  • Monitorizare adecvată a sumelor angajate în fondurile de participare regională și plătite BID, separat de alte resurse gestionate de aceasta;
  • Administrează disponibilitățile bănești în conturile NOSTRO deschise la băncile corespondente sau sisteme de decontare;
  • Asigură procesarea tranzacțiilor cu instrumente financiare efectuate pe piețele de capital și a evenimentelor corporative aferente;
  • Asigură fondurile aferente decontării tranzacțiilor pe piețe de capital;
  • Recepționarea confirmărilor de executare a ordinelor, extrase de cont și situația portofoliului în relația cu custodele, inclusiv reconcilierea poziției;
  • Asigură procesarea, înregistrarea contabilă și plățile aferente tranzacțiilor efectuate de către Direcția Trezorerie, inclusiv a celor legate de funcționarea fondurilor de participare regională;
  • Emite confirmările pentru tranzacțiile efectuate de Direcția Trezorerie și, respectiv, verifică corectitudinea confirmărilor primite de la contrapărți;
  • Înregistrează și procesează operațiunile aferente finanțărilor primite de bancă;
  • Elaborează rapoarte aferente operațiunilor de trezorerie, instrumente financiare, obligațiunilor emise;
  • Derulează/soluționează corespondența aferentă operațiunilor specifice cu BNR, bănci corespondente/contrapărți, intermediari ai pieței primare/secundare, societăți de servicii de investiții financiare etc.;
  • Inițiază și monitorizează transferurile aferente administrării fondurilor regionale prin conturile specifice, inclusiv granturi și rambursări;
  • Efectuează raportări specifice către Autoritatea de Management (date cumulative privind implementarea instrumentelor financiare).

Educație și experiență:

  • Studii superioare (în domeniul economic sau domenii conexe);
  • Experiență bancară/domeniul financiar, relevantă, minim 2 ani;
  • Utilizarea aplicațiilor software reglementate prin normele interne;
  • Capacitate de gestionare a proiectelor;
  • Cunoștințe de utilizare a platformelor Regis, Target, SaFIR.
