Suntem in cautarea unui coleg / unei colege pentru pozitia de AP Specialist. Aceasta persoana se va alatura echipei Nestlé si va fi responsabila de contabilitatea furnizorilor si activitate de control documente si verificare conturi contabile pentru deconturi angajati.

Cum arata o zi obisnuita?

  • Asiguri inchiderea corecta si la timp a facturilor parcate/blocate.
  • E-Factura – Prelucrare facturi transmise spre inregistrare catre shared service
  • Oferi suport pentru inchiderea corecta si la timp a PO-urilor, clarificare inchidere diferente GR-IR.
  • Reconciliere furnizori, Analiza si raspuns la solicitarile acestora
  • Ai rol de Super User Accounts Payable (ridicare tichete spre aprobare corectii AP, blocat/deblocat documente in SAP, downpayment,testare contabila fluxuri noi, actualizari sau schimbari in SAP).
  • Asiguri suport in emiterea icoforms-urilor emise de Nestle Romania partenerilor, indeplinirea obiectivului "right first time" (GL, CC, anexe, in baza analizei contractelor).
  • Verifici Contabilitate Trezorerie externalizata la shared service, inregistrezi note contabile specifice, reconciliezi si analizezi conturile contabile, clearing
  •  Verifici si validezi platile, asiguri mententa userilor cu drept de acces
  • Asiguri reconciliere Concur – SAP Fi, verifici postarile deconturilor angajatilor 
  • Responsabil de postarile manuale pe conturile specifice de AP
  • Asiguri suport solicitarilor din aria de Contabilitate Generala (clearing, intocmire fise de conturi contabile, jurnale, rapoarte, note situatii financiare)
  • Finalizezi si verifici inregistrarilor lunare conform calendarului de inchidere (PEC).
  • Raportari BNR, Statistica, SAF-T
  • Asiguri prelucrarea documentelor si centralizarea lor privind intocmirea dosaruli Preturilor de Transfer
  • Intocmesti si actualizezi procedurile specifice ariei in baza legilor contabile si fiscale in vigoare
  • Asiguri suport contabil pe aria de AP si Trezorerie pentru implementarea in tara a proiectelor de Grup 

Cum poti avea succes?

  • Experienta de minim 2 ani intr-o pozitie similara
  • Studii universitare in Finante/Contabilitate
  • Cunostinte solide despre legislatia economico-financiara in vigoare
  • Experienta cu SAP
  • Abilitati avansate de utilizare a Microsoft Office.
