We are looking for a
Treasury Back Office Specialist
/Product Analyst Specialist for one of our clients, a global leader in FinTech.

This person will collaborate on
product requirements
, design, documentation, and risk mitigation. Participates in business case development, market research, and competitive analysis. Develops and translates business requirements into system and functional specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates recommendations and feature definition to address market opportunities.
  • Gathers information from stakeholders to document functional, system, and/or data requirements;
  • Performs product system impact analysis to determine affected functional areas of the application;
  • Collaborates with team members to create detailed functional and/or technical specifications for complex development of new or modifications to existing applications or systems;
  • Provides overall direction for product enhancements and general product development requirements.

Skills and requirements:

  • 4-7
    years of business analysis or relevant experience;
  • Financial industry experience
    requied;
  • Experience with or exposure to
    Financial Markets Messaging
    (FpML, ISO 20022 XML, FIX) / Payment processing systems, middleware, gateways, or Market Infrastructures;
  • Experience with or exposure to
    Swift messaging network for cash payments
    ,
    securities settlements (MT5XX)
    and trade confirmations;
  • Experience with Regulatory Reporting (Emir, SFTR, MiFIR) is a plus;
  • Exposure to financial derivatives, FX, bonds, equities is considered a plus.
