The position is located in Bucharest.

As a CEO Professional Assistant, you will be responsible for:


• Managing the CEO`s calendar, scheduling appointments and preparing meeting minutes.


• Handling confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.


• Drafting and proofread correspondence, reports and presentations.


• Conducting research and gather information to support decision-making processes.


• Ensuring efficient communication flow within the organization and with external stakeholders.


• Organizing and coordinating the travel arrangements for the CEO.


• Providing administrative support, including document preparation and record-keeping.


• Ensuring that the CEO`s daily operations runs smoothly.

To be successful in the role, you should have:


• Experience as an executive professional assistant.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and scheduling tools.


• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.


• English - fluent (spoken and written).
