is hiring an experienced and highly organized
Executive Assistant
to directly support the
CEO and key partners
. This is a dynamic, people-focused role for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, managing schedules, and making things run smoothly at the highest level of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prioritize urgent tasks, deadlines, and executive priorities to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communication (emails, calls, etc.) and respond or delegate as appropriate.
  • Organize national and international travel: flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and itineraries.
  • Help prepare presentations, documents, reports, and meeting summaries.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Requirements

  • A motivated and confident professional with 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Concierge, or in a client service role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and integrity.
  • Fluent in Romanian and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent with planning, organizing, and communicating clearly.
  • Confident using MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and handles multiple tasks with ease.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
